Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to purchase from this store. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any law in your jurisdiction.

Products and pricing

We have made every effort to display our products and their colours accurately. We cannot guarantee that your screen displays colours accurately.

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, refunding you in full.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse any order, or discontinue any product at any time.

Availability

All products are sold from stock and dispatched within 1–2 business days. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer either a restock date or a full refund. We do not charge for items we cannot supply.

Orders and payment

By placing an order you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent, and to refund it in full.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, product designs and code — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Bumper Float is a leisure product. Use it responsibly, supervise children at all times around water, and never use it as a life-saving device.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
